Not two restaurants are alike, and therefore each restaurant's profile is presented with a unique design in 42 Restaurants. Restaurants were chosen for their local & international appeal, innovation and varied menus. The list includes 40 Michelin Stars altogether. Many James Beard award winning chefs, as well as restaurants listed in the S. Pellegrino list of World’s 50 and 100 best restaurants is included.
